South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) intends to retire the male African savanna elephant (Loxodonta Africana) from the National Zoological Garden to a suitable wild reserve or elephant sanctuary.

As part of establishing a suitable home for the male African savanna elephant, SANBI invites interested parties to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) in the format as prescribed. SANBI does however; reserve the right not to proceed any further with the EOI.

Interested parties are requested to submit proposals as per the EOI documents, the documents can also be requested using the e-mail address below. Alternatively, information can be obtained upon request by contacting SANBI at the details below.
